"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to return a jacket because I picked the wrong size. Or, actually, I guess I ordered the wrong size without double-checking. The return process was really straightforward, and my refund came through quicker than I expected. Support replied to my email and didn’t make it into a whole thing. it was just a smooth experience all around, so 5 stars from me.

My order got here right when they said it would, which was a relief. I hate waiting around, I hate having to keep checking tracking, and I really hate when deliveries show up late with no update. This time, though, none of that happened. No delays, no hassle, no annoying back-and-forth. It just arrived on time like it was supposed to

"Good gear, but the shipping kind of stung"
I ordered from Proven Arms & Outfitters and the stuff I got was totally fine, no real complaints about the items themselves. It’s hard to describe exactly, but the shipping cost just felt higher than I was expecting and kind of took some of the value out of the order. Delivery was okay too, not especially quick, but not awful either. I’d probably consider ordering again if shipping was cheaper or they were running some kind of promo...

The box arrived really crushed on one corner, and even the tape looked like it had been pulled loose a bit. When I opened it, the items inside seemed like they were just kind of sitting there without enough padding, especially around the edges. Nothing felt neatly packed, and the little gaps inside the box made it seem like everything had shifted around during delivery

"decent stuff, but could be better"
i ordered a jacket from provenoutfitters.com and it showed up just fine. no damage, no weird packaging issues, and the fit was pretty much what i expected.

quality is okay for what i paid, but i wouldn’t say it blew me away. the stitching had a couple loose threads, and the material feels a little thinner than i thought it would.
i’ll still wear it, so it’s not a total miss or anything. i just don’t know if i’d be in a hurry to order again unless they had a good sale going.

I ordered from provenoutfitters.com and, from what I remember, the whole thing was straightforward. The sizes and colors were the ones I picked, and I don’t recall anything being missing or mixed up. i forget the little details when an order goes smoothly, but this one did, and I appreciated not having to deal with any issues.

"Solid selection, but why is my size always gone?"
They’ve got a solid mix of outdoor gear and clothing, and it was actually easy to find what I was looking for, which feels weirdly rare these days. I even found a couple things here that I couldn’t track down on other sites, so that was a nice surprise. My only gripe is that some sizes were out of stock, because of course the size I need is always the one that disappears first. But overall, the selection is good and I’d definitely check here again.
